Washington, DC—July 3, 2004--The three-story rotunda of the Russell building is a great place for a photo exhibit. When Scott first scouted the towering space he knew it would be a perfect space to display large images. Each of the 22 portraits is 2 ft x 3 ft with a simple wooden frame. By printing the photos on mat surface fine art paper there were no reflections and viewers can see every detail. Many images were actually larger than life-size, which increased the impact of the exhibit. The generous support of defense contractor Lockheed Martin made the event possible.
